Phobia

Everyone has his/her own phobia. Sometimes a phobia of one person may seem ridiculous to another. Whatever it is or how ridiculous it may seem, when you are phobia to a certain thing, you'll never care what people would or could have said to you. I guess I have my own phobia too. Firstly, I'm claustrophobic. Cannot get into a crowded lift or sitting at the back sit of a car or taking a crowded bus... Everytime it comes, the heart starts beating faster, sweats come out and the body starts shaking. Then, the brain stop functioning and all the senses in the body become malfunction. Secondly, I'm sacred of height. Usually I would avoid myself being on high places. Lastly, the dumbest phobia which I have is I'm scared of making calls to anyone who I don't know. If it's a personal calls, I don't have any problem but when it comes to work related calls, the heart starts beating faster, the brain not working properly etc. Usually I would write down what I want to say. Suddenly if the person corner me, then I will blank and don't know what to say. So sad...The weird thing is if I received the calls, no problem! This thing came into my life not long ago. I think since 3 to 4 years back. May be I need more practice calling people or may be a good slap on the face should do it (Tried but not working)...
