What the hell???

This afternoon when i was walking to megan phileo, there was this taxi driver stopped me and hand to me his handphone. I was like, what the hell??? Anyway then he said " tolong..tolong saya. Cakap sama ini orang saya mahu pergi KLIA. Saya mau duit saya" again i was like, what the hell??? But then he told me he cant speak english. So i was  oh..ok. So i took the phone and started to talk. By the way the guy in the phone is an african:

Me: hello.. This taxi driver asked me to tell u he wants his money and he wants to go to klia. He doesnt kno how to speak english.
Africano: bla bla blaaa what?? (tht what i heard)
Me: dude this taxi driver wants his money la.
Africano: where r u?
Me: in front of osk bank at the taxi stand.
Africano: where?
Me: in front of osk bank building!
Africano: where??
me: ehhh fucker u just pay laa this taxi driver what u owe him!!! ( i started to get pissed)
Africano: where???
Me: heyy african ass hole cant u hear what i just said???
Africano: oh ok ok i see u.
Me: (how the hell hes here???)

I was abit agitated when i saw him from far walking towards us. Six footer at least! Whatever happen im doing it for my country men. Ehh pakcik.. Apa apa hal u back up saya tau! That what i told the taxi driver. As the african guy approached near us i saw he was smiling. Oh...okkk. What a relief! Anyway he said thanks to me and i walked away.
